HIIT WORKOUTS
HIIT stands for - High Intensity Interval Training. This involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort training followed by varied, recovery times. Short, intense & effective training.

BOXERCISE
Boxercise efficiently works major muscle groups whilst improving essential heart & cardiovascular health. It is based on training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes involve learning and using combinations to hit pads, kicking, skipping & strength training. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Through combining the use of ancient Calisthenics training methods, a variety of equipment such as the infamous TRX, exercise ladders for agility, traditional weights & bands, and whole core exercises; my clients are able to reach optimum strength and conditioning goals, whilst dropping body fat and remaining engaged within our diverse types of training.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

YOGA
Combines exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. These include flexibility, but also balance, pliability and strength. The full combination is the best way to prevent injury & improve mobility.
